By submitting this form, I authorize the tour hosts without limitation to use picture and/or videos of myself and my family taken during our tour in promotional materials, including print, website, social media, and video, without consideration of any kind. I hereby release the tour hosts from any claims that may arise in said regard.

We will exercise reasonable care in making such arrangements. However, we do not assume nor bear any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity to person and property because of an act, sickness, or circumstance beyond our control or an act of default of any hotel, airline carrier, restaurant, company, or person rendering any of the services included in the tour. The right is reserved to cancel or change itineraries or to substitute comparable service without notice. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any tour participants should such person’s health or general comportment impede the operation of the tour or detrimentally affect the other tour participants.
Savor, Sarah Aroeste and Susan Barocas reserve the right to cancel, modify and/or replace its general conditions, routes, visits, itineraries, and/or similar, without prior notice and without the right to any claim, if so merits, to ensure the success of the trip and safeguard the safety of passengers. The payment of this package is the acceptance of the conditions of sale described in the quote / confirmation and the passenger accepts the same, declining any future claim.
Neither Savor, Sarah Aroeste, nor Susan Barocas, is responsible if passenger does not have an eligible passport (with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel) or visa for necessary countries as outlined in the itinerary. The passenger is solely responsible for ensuring proper entry credentials before arriving in Greece. The parties listed above do not process or monitor such credentials and are not responsible for future changes in visa policy, or for delays in the delivery of passports and visas, or for results. No part of the tour will be refunded if passenger is unable to join due to ineligible passport or visa.

Deposit and Payment Schedule

A 1,100 Euro deposit is due upon registration to reserve your spot.
Final payment is due 6 months before trip, by February 24th, 2025.
Advertised price is guaranteed through January 10th, 2025.

Payment can be made by credit card or by wire transfer. Please note that a 2.5% surcharge will be added to credit card payments.

Cancellation policy is as follows:

Before 6 months prior to the start of the trip (until Feb 24, 2025) – 100% return, minus $250 administrative fee
Between 3-6 months prior to the start of the trip (from Feb 25-May 24, 2025) – 50% return
Between 1-3 months prior to the start of the trip (from May 25-July 24, 2025) – 25% return
0-30 days before the start of the trip (from July 25-August 24, 2025) – 0% return

Note that this tour is priced as a package and no refund or discount will be made for any part of the tour in which you choose not to participate. In addition, no refunds will be made if you leave the trip voluntarily or for cause after the tour start date.

Travel insurance is highly recommended and must be purchased individually. There are many companies for you to choose from. We recommend Nationwide or Allianz for trip insurance.
